Life will break you. Nobody can protect you from that, and living alone won’t either, for solitude will also break you with its yearning. You have to love. You have to feel. It is the reason you are here on earth. You are here to risk your heart. You are here to be swallowed up. And when it happens that you are broken, or betrayed, or left, or hurt, or death brushes near, let yourself sit by an apple tree and listen to the apples falling all around you in heaps, wasting their sweetness. Tell yourself you tasted as many as you could.

It’s better to believe in something than nothing at all.

Loving someone is therefore very important, and it is also important to choose the right person. Despite popular culture, love doesn’t happen by chance, at first sight, across a crowded dance floor. It grows slowly, sinking roots first before branching and blossoming. It is not a silly weed, but a mighty tree that weathers every storm. You will find, that when you have someone to love, that the face is less important than the brain, and the body is less important than the heart.

We have all encountered someone whom have spoken out our words. Words that are not only coming from out of their mouth, but thoughts that conceal themselves in the words that cannot be injected out of our own mouths. Some of these are thoughts that you too are able to relate too. Thoughts that are portrayed from the words that are jumbled at the tip of your tongue, which you cannot describe. I guess sometimes we can see others as our own reflections and our reflections through theirs.
